Velonavia: Åby, Sweden; At one time adventureracing workoutoholic. Has four Åre Extreme Challanges and a number of other AR-races under my belt. Been cycling since childhood, most types, except DH … The large swedish events Vätternrundan and Finnmarksturen I have done a number of times. Nowadays mostly pleasure- and utilitycycling. Loves kayaking in the Östergötland archipelago. Husband and father full time. Exhibition Technician in a museum. Spinninginstructor since they invented the wheel. Unfortunately is now much on hold since I got hit by a motorist when I cycled to work. Interested in organic food and wine. Likes a double espresso. Eating dark chocolate and cured ham. Teaching children to have fun outdoors as a leader in swedish organisation Friluftsfrämjandet.

My father who taught me how to ride my bike, fought cancer twice. Unfortunately he lost.
